After President Donald Trump set a Thanksgiving deadline to end Russia’s war in Ukraine, Secretary of State Marco Rubio says a “tremendous amount of progress” was made after meeting with Ukrainian officials in Geneva. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says he is grateful for U.S. support but is refusing to commit to the 28-point deal that even some of Trump’s republican allies say reflects Vladimir Putin’s demands for ending the war.
