A federal judge has ordered President Trump’s administration to fully fund the November SNAP benefits, not just partially fund as the administration had initially agreed to. The order by U.S. District Judge John McConnell followed two weeks of chaos and confusion about the fate of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, also known as food stamps, during the government shutdown.
