As the government shutdown enters Day 27, travelers nationwide are bracing for delays as air traffic controllers are set to miss their first full paycheck. It comes as food banks are preparing for an influx as federal SNAP benefits will dry up starting Saturday and the country largest federal workers union is putting pressure on lawmakers for a short-term agreement.
