Federal officers say they opened fire on a man they say was an undocumented immigrant during an ICE traffic stop in Los Angeles, injuring him and a deputy U.S. marshal. Authorities say federal agents were conducting a targeted stop and claim the man rammed them with his car. NBC News’ Morgan Chesky reports.
