A man has been arrested after confronting Democratic Congresswoman Ilhan Omar at a town hall in Minnesota Tuesday, spraying her with an unknown liquid from a syringe. It comes as a preliminary internal Customs and Border Protection review of the deadly shooting of Alex Pretty states two federal agents fired their weapons during the confrontation, but does not specify whether they both hit him.
