Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Khamenei is blaming the United States and President Donald Trump for inciting violence in the streets of Iran during which thousands of demonstrators have been killed by the regime. A U.S. based human rights group estimates about 3,000 protestors have been killed by Iranian security forces but activists suggest that number could be higher. NBC’s Molly Hunter reports for Sunday TODAY.
