President Donald Trump met with Venezuela’s opposition leader María Corina Machado at the White House where she presented him with her Nobel Peace Prize medal. Machado says she did it “as a recognition for his unique commitment with our freedom.” Though the committee behind the award says the medal cannot be shared or transferred, the president kept the medal. NBC’s Peter Alexander reports for TODAY.
