An 18-year-old man accidentally becomes a millionaire in one day  are many events that happen in our lives, where an 18-year-old young man accidentally obtained 9 million pounds sterling when he cashed a check in a 

• The young man was astonished to learn that nearly £9 million had gone by mistake.
• His mother Caroline, from Belfast, spoke of her shock after seeing a screenshot of Danny’s balance.

A LUCKY teenager was shocked to learn he became a millionaire overnight after a banking mistake left him £8.9million. Dane Gillespie cashed a check for £8,900 from his grandmother to his Nationwide account. But the 18-year-old was stunned to learn that almost £9million had gone by mistake.

His mother Caroline, from Belfast, spoke of her shock after seeing a screenshot of Danny’s balance.

“We couldn’t believe it,”  she said  . “  My son thought he was a millionaire for a few hours.  Wednesday morning he had £8.9 million in his account.  It’s a good thing he told us and didn’t go and cash them all.  He’s only 18.  He received a check from his grandmother for £8,900 and deposited the check last Thursday “.

”  I told him this morning that this check should be cleared from your savings, and he complied.  The next moment, my husband sent me the photo with his bank account details. It  took me a while to click through.  He said, ‘I’ll order a Porsche,’ and I said, ‘Don’t be stupid,'” he said. “This is not our money, and we have to solve this problem.”

A Belfast Met student’s millionaire status only lasted a few hours as the bank quickly realized their mistake and issued a correction to the check,  the Mirror reports  .

”  It was like that for a good few hours.  For an 18-year-old, being a millionaire for a day was unbelievable.  He just wanted to go out and spend, but if you did, you had to give the money back.  He thought all birthdays came once One this morning.  His mother added: It’s crazy.
